Conference Schedule Guide & Tips
1. Important Sessions to Attend
- Opening Ceremony: Introduction to the conference and keynote speeches.
- Technical Sessions: Presentations of accepted papers across different tracks.
- Networking & Coffee Breaks: Opportunities to meet researchers and professionals.
- Panel Discussions: Experts discussing emerging trends in the field.
2. Registration & Badge Collection
- Participants must check in at the registration desk before attending the conference.
- Please wear your conference badge at all times for access to the venue.
3. Presentation Guidelines
- Speakers should arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes in advance.
- Each presentation is allotted [15] minutes, including Q&A.
- Please bring your presentation on a USB drive (will be given by the organizer when you check in onsite) and check compatibility beforehand.
